Made my bike riding much more comfortable. 30 miles and two hours on sitting on that seat gets very uncomfortable. I definitely recommend if you have saddle pain on long rides. I know that having the right saddle/position/tilt is vital, and that takes time to figure out, but regardless, this underwear, with padded cycling shorts, really do make a huge difference for distance riding. Just bought 4 more pairs for my husband and I!

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our products, shipping, returns, and more.

What are padded liner shorts, exactly? +

They’re a low-profile and essential base layer with built-in cycling padding (chamois). You wear them under your regular shorts or pants to add comfort and reduce friction on rides.

How should they fit? +

Snug and supportive—like compression. They should stay in place while pedaling and not shift around. If you’re between sizes or want a more relaxed feel, size up.

Do I wear underwear under them? +

No—wear them against the skin for best comfort. This helps reduce seams, bunching, and chafing.

Will these actually help with soreness or chafing? +

Yes—most discomfort comes from pressure + friction. The padding helps cushion contact points, and the smooth, stay-put fit helps reduce rubbing on longer rides.

Are these for indoor, road or mountain biking? +

All. They’re designed for road, gravel, commuting, at-home, and MTB—any ride where you want extra comfort under your outer shorts.

How long of a ride are these made for? +

They’re designed to improve comfort on any ride length, but you’ll feel the biggest difference on 45+ minute rides and longer sessions where pressure and friction build up. Great for training, commuting, and weekend endurance rides.

Will the padding feel bulky or look obvious? +

No. The chamois is designed to be low-profile so it feels supportive on the saddle without looking bulky under shorts.

What if I try them on and need a different size—can I exchange? +

Yes—as long as they’re tried on over clean underwear, kept in new, unworn condition, and returned with original packaging. If they’ve been ridden in, we can’t accept returns for hygiene reasons, but we’ll still help you get the sizing right before you order if you’re unsure.

FINALLY! I’ve been through about 5 different kinds of these budget cycling underwear and have returned them all bc the padding never sat right. They mostly never covered the sit bones no matter what size I got. This one actually sits in the right spot! The others also never fit correctly or felt very odd these feel great! They’re also cheaper than other brands and have gel opposed to foam. I haven’t ridden with them yet but sat on my bike and can tell these are clear winners over any other brands. Don’t hesitate to try these!

My husband loves these bike shorts. He has enjoyed them so much I’ve bought 3 more pairs. Overall, they’re comfy - they don’t ride up very much and the padding is a nice addition for indoor and outdoor cycling.

Bought these just in time for a 63 mile race. 4+ hours in the saddle and I weigh 275. Yes, these really helped a LOT. I definitely recommend if you have saddle pain on long rides. I know that having the right saddle/position/tilt is vital, and that takes time to figure out, but regardless, this underwear, with padded cycling shorts, really do make a huge difference for distance riding.

These work pretty good for the price. Fit was correct. They are comfortable enough for a two hour ride and can be used with whatever shorts or pants you want to use to ride with.

Excellent riding pants. Sufficient padding in the right places. Has some convenient snug pockets if you want to use them. I usually don't. They look good. These are excellent and I recommend them. Comfy, well made (be careful in the dryer re the reflective strip). Good material. Good cut and fit. True to size.

I really like them. The fabric feels good quality; it's not extremely thick but not thin either, which allows it to breathe a little. The seams are precise and of high quality. The pelvic foam protects the area well, especially where it contacts the buttocks. I've used it for an hour and it hasn't caused me any discomfort after exercising. They look good and fit perfectly. They protect while not adding much bulk. I highly recommend them.

I feel like they’re pretty comfortable to cycle in and save my butt a lot of soreness which is the man reason for buying. They look exactly like the photo. The size I choose was true to size for me but I do think they’re a little snug on the thigh part of the leg. They have held up pretty good so far haven’t seen any wear or tear yet. The price was decent but I did find some for more expensive pricing but they’re not as padded or as breathable as these ones.

I bought these cycling underwear shorts for my dad, who’s an avid bicyclist, and he absolutely loved them. The fit was spot on, and he said the padding made a big difference during longer rides, comfortable without feeling bulky. The material feels breathable and lightweight, and the anti-slip leg grips really do their job. He didn’t have any issues with them riding up or shifting around. They also wash well and dry quickly, which makes them super practical for daily rides. He liked them so much that I ended up ordering him another pair in a different color. Definitely a great find for anyone who spends a lot of time on a bike.

- Very Comfortable On Long Rides

I purchased these to replace a pair of padded bike pants that I had been using for several years on road bikes. I typically wear these underneath a pair of un-lined athletic shorts. Compared to my old shorts, the padding in these shorts are like riding in a Cadillac versus to a 1990s Datsun. When I first tried on the pants, I was worried the extra padding in the buttocks would look odd or be uncomfortable if I'm walking around a town after a long ride. However, these concerns were unfounded. I typically wear 30"W pants, and the small fit me well. The shorts are a little longer on my legs than my old pair, reaching a few inches above my knee, which was nice as it helped block the sun on the top of my legs. I would definitely buy these again. If these deteriorate after long term use, I'll be sure to update the review.
